Your best bet is to take the train from Bordeaux to Bergerac. You will of course need to get from each airport to the respective city centres. I suggest taxi for both. Depending on when you leave it takes 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours to travel by train from Bordeaux to Bergerac. You might have to transfer in Libourne. The cost is about £15.
