Can you confirm that the car hire offices will be open at about 18.00 hrs on 1 May which is a Bank Holiday?
Answer:
Looking on the Internet and trying to book a car it looks as if car hire is open at that time. I also called Avis and was told they were open whenever there was an arriving flight. The person I talked to wasn’t sure about the exact hours as she said they weren’t set yet. But that for all arriving they were open.
